Double wall board combines two flute layers (commonly written as BC, meaning a B flute layer next to a C flute layer) to get benefits from both profiles in one board — the coarser flute contributing strength and cushioning, the finer flute improving the outer print surface. Triple wall board extends this further for heavy-duty industrial use.
