By using the website, you agree to follow these terms. Please stop using the website if you do not agree with them.
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to damage the website, interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misuse contact forms, collect website data without permission, impersonate another person, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
All website content, including product photographs, graphics, designs, text, icons, branding, page layouts, and other materials, belongs to Boxwaale or is used with appropriate permission. You may view the content for personal or business purchasing purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, resell, or commercially use it without written permission.
Product dimensions, materials, GSM, ply, colours, printing options, prices, availability, and minimum order quantities may vary. Product images are for reference only, and minor variations may occur in the final product. Customers must verify all specifications before approving an order.
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quotation does not create a confirmed order. An order becomes confirmed only after Boxwaale accepts the requirement and confirms the product specifications, quantity, price, applicable taxes, payment terms, production schedule, and delivery details.
Quotations are valid only for the period stated in the quotation. If no validity period is mentioned, Boxwaale may revise the quotation before order confirmation because of changes in raw-material costs, printing requirements, transportation charges, taxes, quantity, specifications, or market conditions.
Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, product, artwork, and customization information. Boxwaale will not be responsible for delays, additional costs, printing mistakes, incorrect dimensions, or delivery failures caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information.
For customized or printed boxes, the customer must carefully review and approve the artwork, spelling, logo placement, colours, dimensions, design, and specifications before production. Once approved production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, and additional charges may apply.
Payment must be made according to the terms confirmed for the order. Boxwaale may delay or suspend production and delivery if payment is incomplete, delayed, reversed, or disputed. Any applicable taxes, delivery fees, printing charges, design charges, or additional costs will be communicated before confirmation wherever reasonably possible.
Production and delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Boxwaale will make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed timelines but will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, transport disruptions, raw-material shortages, machinery issues, weather, strikes, government restrictions, natural events, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
The customer must inspect the shipment promptly after delivery. Any concern regarding quantity, visible damage, incorrect product, printing, or specifications should be reported to Boxwaale with photographs, videos, packaging labels, and order details within the period stated in the applicable return, replacement, or refund policy.
Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds will be governed by the policy communicated for the particular order. Customized, printed, made-to-size, or specially manufactured boxes may not be returnable or refundable unless they are defective or materially different from the approved specifications, subject to applicable law.
Ownership of goods will pass according to the payment and delivery terms agreed for the order. The customer is responsible for appropriate storage, handling, loading, packing, and use of the boxes after delivery.
Boxwaale may suspend or restrict access to the website if a user violates these terms, misuses the website, submits fraudulent enquiries, threatens staff, attempts unauthorized access, or engages in activity that may harm Boxwaale or other users.
The website may contain links to third-party services such as payment gateways, WhatsApp, Google Maps, social media platforms, or courier providers. Use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies. Boxwaale is not responsible for their availability, security, content, or performance.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Boxwaale will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, business interruption, delayed shipment, customer-supplied errors, inappropriate product selection, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to Boxwaale’s registered place of business, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Boxwaale may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the website after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
